Welcome to Moralynk. By creating an account or using our service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About the service

Moralynk (operated by Moralynk) lets you build a link page, a store with orders via WhatsApp, a customer newsletter list, and visit analytics. We may add, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 17 years old, or legally able to enter a contract, and provide accurate and current information (name, email, and WhatsApp number).
  • One email address and one WhatsApp number can be used for only one account. We may refuse or close duplicate accounts, including accounts created to abuse the free trial.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and Google account secure, and for all activity under your account.
  • One account can own several pages (tenants) within the applicable limits. Owners may invite editors and set their permissions, and owners are responsible for their editors' actions.

3. Free trial, plans, and payment

  • Every new page gets a free trial of 7 days. When the trial ends, the public page is disabled and the dashboard redirects you to the Plans menu until you subscribe. Your data remains stored.
  • Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) are billed in Indonesian Rupiah for 1 month or 1 year through our payment provider, Midtrans. Subscriptions do not renew automatically; you need to pay again when your plan expires. We send reminders before expiry.
  • When you upgrade, the remaining time on your old plan is converted into bonus days based on the amount you actually paid. Moving to a lower plan is possible only after the current plan expires.
  • Prices and plan limits may change. Changes do not affect time you have already paid for.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Your content

  • You own the content you upload and are fully responsible for its accuracy, legality, and appropriateness, including the products you sell and your transactions with buyers. Store orders happen directly between you and the buyer through WhatsApp; we are not a party to those transactions.
  • You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to operate the service.
  • Your content must follow our Content Rules.
  • If you collect emails or other data from your visitors or buyers, you are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining consent and providing your own privacy notice.

5. Suspension and termination

We may warn you, disable a page, or suspend an account if you violate these terms or the content rules, abuse the service, or where required by law or by a competent authority. You can stop at any time by deleting your page or asking us by email to delete your account.

6. Intellectual property

The name, logo, design, and software of Moralynk belong to Moralynk and are protected by law. These terms do not transfer any rights to you other than the right to use the service as described here. The "Made with Moralynk" label on public pages stays visible on all plans.

7. Availability and limitation of liability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous 3 (three) months, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, sales, or data caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We recommend keeping your own copy of important content.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of important changes by email or in the dashboard. By continuing to use the service after changes take effect, you accept them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably; if that fails, it will be resolved before the competent courts in Indonesia.
