Content Rules

These rules apply to all pages, stores, links, and content created on Moralynk. Their purpose is to keep the service safe and trustworthy for everyone.

1. Prohibited content

• Content that breaks Indonesian law or other applicable law, including fraud, money laundering, and gambling.
• Phishing, malware, misleading links, or attempts to steal other people's data or accounts.
• Pornography, child exploitation, extreme violence, terrorism, hate speech, or discrimination based on ethnicity, religion, race, or social group.
• Selling or promoting prohibited goods and services, such as narcotics, weapons, counterfeit or pirated goods, unlicensed medicines and health products, and protected wildlife.
• Infringing intellectual property, including using someone else's name, photos, or brand without permission.
• Impersonating another person or organisation, or sharing other people's personal information without permission.
• Spam, collecting emails or phone numbers without consent, and attempts to abuse or overload the service.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for all content and links on your page, including the destinations your links lead to and the products you offer.

3. Our actions

If we find or receive a report of a violation, we may hide content, disable a page, or suspend an account, with or without prior notice when the violation is serious or puts others at risk. We may pass information to the authorities as permitted by law.

4. Reporting a violation

If you find a page that breaks these rules or harms you, email the contact email shown at the bottom of the site with the page address and a short description.
